LEADERSHIP AND INTERNAL MANAGEMENT
William Billeaud is President of Lombard Global, Incorporated. He is an accomplished and global senior executive, global management consultant, investment banker and investor who possesses over 25 years of experience helping U.S. and international firms grow and/or turnaround their businesses globally, regionally and locally. Bill focused his career in the consulting (business and technology) and finance (private equity ops, investment banking, real estate) verticals and has further broadened his business knowledge through consulting and entrepreneurial engagements in technology, retail, consumer goods, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing and many others. This combination of diversity and discipline has provided him with a reputation as a creative and strategic leader and dealmaker who creates immediate impact and sustainable results.
While Bill's client list includes multinationals such as Wal-Mart, Maytag, Ericsson and Anderson Merchandisers, he also has a wealth of experience helping small to medium sized businesses, including his own, grow rapidly while building efficiencies. Prior to starting his international business career in the international departments of Angelica Corporation ($500 mil. revenues, formerly NYSE) and Penta International (global engineering services firm with offices in USA, Barcelona, Argentina, Chile and Mumbai), he was a successful stockbroker and branch manager in St. Louis and Philadelphia. He then developed and grew sales distribution channels and consulting delivery operations in Latin America, the Middle East and Europe for Hanson PLC, a FTSE 100 firm (London stock exchange) while he directed their joint venture with the principals of Pepsi De Mexico and Industrias Bochoco, Mexico's largest poultry concern. During this time frame, he was also tasked with developing and directing their successful Mexico Market Entry services through MarketPoint de Mexico. Bill was then recruited to lead a turnaround opportunity in bankruptcy as well as several other health care and financial businesses for Miller Johnson, a private equity where he as promoted to Vice President. With The Highland Group, an international management consultancy, he developed and grew their still flourishing international practice, also commencing with entry into Latin America. He then launched his entrepreneurial career by founding and rapidly growing two startups (wireless internet and global marketing) and served in regional senior sales management positions for national Sun Microsystems and Oracle systems integrators and business consultants, including the firm Technologent, a CRN 100 firm. Bill has conducted business throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia and is currently working on projects in China, India, Italy, Latin America and nationally/regionally. Of value to his inbound (non-USA) clients, he has traveled to nearly all of the 50 states in the USA. Bill grew up near St. Louis, has lived in Texas for 17 years and also lived for shorter time periods in Denver, New Orleans and Philadelphia. He speaks Spanish fluently and studies several others, including Italian and French. Bill speaks and is published consistently on topics related to international business. He was Chairman of the DFW Third Annual International Business Summit, holds the TRC or Transnational Referral Certification in real estate, holds an Import Certification from the Institute for Supply Management, served as an original member of the International Commercial Real Estate Virtual E-Group for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and serves on the China Task Force for the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce.
He has a Global MBA from The Boeing Institute of International Business at the John Cook School of Business-SAINT LOUIS UNIVERSITY , a Bachelors from THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT URBANA-CHAMPAIGN and Certificates each in Global Strategy Implementation and in Global Market Entry from THUNDERBIRD-GARVIN SCHOOL OF INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT. Bill Sen is our business development manager for the EU and is based in the UK. Bill recently retired as a registered Associate Partner for over 30 years within the finances services sector in the UK. His experience included positions with St. James's Place Wealth Management Group (a FTSE 250 company with around £16.5 billion under management).
Julie Wenker is our operations manager and is a highly successful real estate veteran. She is involved with all aspects of the enterprise, including the management of the majority of our real estate investments. Besides her duties with Lombard Global, Julie is also a successful mom. She spends the rest of her available time explaining her last name to our non-North American English-speaking friends. Julie is an overly proud graduate of The University of Wisconsin.
Robin Andrasi has been working in the administrative support field since 1989 and has worked in many industries, always adding a new layer of experience. Prior to assisting Lombard Global, Robin was a Licensed Assistant (Series 6) to a Certified Financial Planner. She provides top-notch administrative support to our team.
