Lombard Global announces Grand Opening for DondiSofa Inc’s first store in USA on Saturday, November 4

Lombard Global www.lombardglobal.com , a leading global real estate and business consulting firm announced the Grand Opening of it’s client showroom, DondiSofa www.dondisofa.com, in Dallas, TX this Saturday, November 4.  Dondi, heaquartered in Bologna, Italy, is one of Italy’s leading contemporary furniture retailers with 34 stores located throughout Italy.  It chose Dallas to be the entry point for its North American expansion because of a number of factors, including favorable business start up costs, logistics, consumer demographics and psychographics.  “This is the fulfillment of my dream and my father’s dream when he started the business in Italy almost 50 years ago.  We couldn’t be more pleased, said Pierpaolo Dondi, Chairman of DondiSalotti, parent of DondiSofa.

The new store will be located at 5301 Alpha Rd, one block east of the Dallas Tollway. The new development, called Village on the Green is Cypress Equities’ newest high-end mixed use development in Dallas.   Cypress Equities is the acquisition and development affiliate of Staubach Retail.
